Kracie - ポッピンクッキン - カレーセット
上次做了壽司, 還滿有趣的, 這次挑戰咖哩.
Last time I made sushi and it was fun. This time, I gave curry a try.
做法在包裝後面.
The instruction was on the back of the packaging.
東西並不多
There were not that many things in there.
先把盆子剪開為三個, 一個水杯, 一個攪拌盆,跟咖哩盆.
First was to cut open the tray into a measuring cup, mixing tray and curry tray.
水杯是三角形.
The measuring cup was triangle shape.
藍色的是飯粉.
The blue one was the rice power
飯粉跟兩杯水攪和就變成白飯了
Mixing the rice power with 2 cup of water turned into rice.
把飯盛到咖哩盆.
I put the rice in to the curry tray.
再來是雞塊粉 , 沒想到會聞到鹹味, 很像雞湯粉的味道
Then it was chicken nugget. I was surprised to smelt something salty and kind of like chicken broth power.
有點白的雞塊
A light coloured chicken nugget.
不明顆粒.
Unknown round bits.
我沒有模子就隨便捏成一塊就來滾球.
I didn't have any mold, so I just make a nugget and started rolling the unknown bits on it.
怎麼看都不像雞塊.
It didn't looks like a chicken nugget at all.
咖哩總算上場了.
Finally, it's time for curry.
咖哩粉的咖哩味還暪重的, 我還發現咖哩有疑似乾燥紅蘿蔔跟蔥的東西.
The curry power did smelt like curry. I also found there were bits looked like dehydrated carrot and green onion.
咖哩看起來還滿像一回事的.
The curry did looked like real curry.
沒有包裝上那麼好看, 是盤子的關係嗎? 先吃一口白飯, 想說應該跟上次的壽司飯一樣的氣泡糖, 沒想到是鹹的, 咖哩味道還真的有咖哩味, 而且是日式甜味咖哩, 還算不錯, 就是飯口感怪怪的,有點像鹹糕, 再來試了炸雞外的小球, 沒啥味道, 炸雞口感跟飯一樣, 不過有雞湯粉的味道
It didn't look as good as on the packaging. Is it because of the plates? I had the rice first. I though it's soda candy like the sushi rice, but it was salty. Curry not only taste like real curry, but Japanese sweet curry. The curry was not bad, but the texture of the rice was a bit weird, kind of like Chinese turnip cake. The round bit on the chicken nugget didn't have much flavour. The chicken nugget has same texture as the rice but with extra flavouring of chicken broth power.
