Lindt - Excellence Dark Chocolate Bar - Sea Salt

包裝(Packaging):
在London Drugs看到整櫃的Lindt巧克力,發現Sea Salt口味
I saw a whole shelf of Lindt chocolate, and spotted the Sea Salt.


"CACAO SOLIDS: 47% MINIMUM"

銀色的錫箔紙還燙有Lindt的商標.
Silver tin foil wrap with Lindt's logo.

可分成10小片,其中3片裂掉了.
10 bricks, but 3 of them are broken.


口味與口感(Taste and texture):
不愧是黑巧克力,苦澀中帶著濃郁的巧克力,完全不膩,而且即使吃完後,彷彿巧克力還留在嘴裡,至於海鹽的部分,分量非常少,少到可以忘掉存在,但是還會去掉些些黑巧克力特有的苦澀.
It is definitely a dark chocolate with slightly bitterness.  The chocolate is so strong that it still remain in the mouth for a while after eating it.  The amount of salt salt is negligible but it still helps to remove the bitterness of dark chocolate.

創意(uniqueness):
料理中向來會在甜食中加入鹽分來帶出食材的甜味,以海鹽來做噱頭的用意比較大.
Salt is commonly used in desert to enhance the sweetness.  Using sea salt is just another marketing technique.
